Items I got...fantastic...however missing a £50 item that I've been charged for and now can't find the order number.... I have email confirmation of the order and the item. £50 down and 1 present down for my sons birthday which is in 2 days time and the investigation will take upto 48 hours....

An absolute joke of a Company! Ordered two wallets originally and only one was delivered. I contacted them to ask about the second one and was told it was out of stock and a refund would be issued. Very very slow to refund my money.
Then decided to reorder the Wallet via Click and Collect, again they accepted the order initially and then cancelled a few hours later, after again taking my money. DO NOT USE, they have no idea of stock levels or Customer Service….

Terrible company selling shoddy goods with even worse customer service.

Now I have ordered from Menkind before, but this review is about my most recent order (about a month ago - I didn’t think about leaving a review until now). I ordered a personalised gamer light for a friend, and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure if it was going to arrive on time. It turns out it DID arrive on time, and it was intact too; which gave me plenty of time to wrap it up and give it to my friend. Honestly, I never felt like Menkind disappointed me because it is a really good service.

LAKESIDE STORE VISIT
Today I went to buy a birthday present at the Lakeside store. I checked online you close at 8pm. I travelled with my young family from Tonbridge to purchase an item for tomorrow. When we got there at 7.45pm the store was closed to our disappointment I asked other stores what time they close they all said 8pm. So we knocked on the shutters and a customer adviser said they had to close early. Which made no sense especially on a Saturday. We wasted time and money on travel to only be disappointed. This should not be acceptable.

My daughter ordered a decanter with two glasses for her brother's birthday this weekend. It arrived yesterday and one of the glasses was missing. She immediately contacted Menkind's customer services, asking for a replacement glass to be sent out ASAP, and all they did was send a standard reply saying she should return the item and she'll get a replacement within five days - not much good for her brother's birthday this weekend! On top of that, my daughter now has the hassle of repackaging the item and lugging it into town to the Post Office - most time and expense when all Menkind had to do is send out another glass.

Why a product isn't checked before despatch is beyond me - how can any company send out a gift with one-third of the items missing?

Very disappointed with Menkind and we'll think twice before ordering anything from them again.

Never again. Bought some bluetooth LEDs - got home and the only available app to control them was for Apple - I have Android. No mention at all on the packaging to state Apple specific - and the photo on the website has an Android phone. Asked Menkind for a link to Android app - they couldn't provide one. Asked for refund - was told I can only do it by going back to store - despite them selling online. No store near us - bought the item on a day out. Not paying more than the value of the item to travel and park near a store. Menkind clearly couldn't care less when I asked them. Rubbish customer service.

Great products in store at Southampton but even more online always have those quirky gifts to buy for friends and family

The sales agent are so arrogant with no manners on how to deal with customers they won’t even give the customers a chance to talk and say all fault is on them despite the item being fault one of the worst shops I’ve ever visited my first and last trip to this shop I’ll stick with argos Amazon and other shops who no how to deal with their customers

I was looking for decanter with glasses on Amazon and after reading bad reviews I was worried it may get damaged so decided to order from MenKind instead.I've ordered a globe decanter with glasses for my husbands birthday The item got delivered on time and very well packed. The box has a polystyrene to protest the glass so there was not a chance to be broken. The decanter is 0.8ml and very cute and my husband loved it.

I purchased a Boglins figure from Menkind this past Saturday, and it wasn't until I got it home that I realised that someone there had stolen the tail of the figure, the figure itself was ripped and clearly used too, before the box was sneakily resealed to look like it hadn't been opened.

The problem is, Menkind isn't anywhere near me so I cannot just drive back to return it. Their customer services team, despite hearing this, will not help to replace it, other than offer in-store credit or a full refund if I go into the store. Again...they haven't listened, I cannot just drive back like that as this was a passing visit on a day trip out, not a local shop.

I would be incredibly wary about purchasing from Menkind seeing as they're pretending to sell items brand new but they are actually faulty with parts missing which have been resealed by them and resold. The customer services team also do not want to take any responsibility for their actions either which is pretty disgusting. I would like to have at least a partial refund if Menkind isn't able to send me a replacement (I had offered to send mine back but I was denied by the team). Feeling really gutted and disappointed right now.

The ‘Remote controlled racing truck in blue’ is absolutely rubbish quality. On the 3rd time of using it my son drove it over a raised curb of 1.2cm (yes, I measured it) and it snapped a link in the steering. Customer support refused to do anything about this as it was ‘accidental damage’ Stay clear of this company for your own good

Awful customer service at your Norwich branch, rude, patronising, told me to shut up numerous times. Manager also let staff members stand there laughing and smirking at customers when they have an issue. Like it’s a sport to wind the customer up more. I would suggest employing better staff with a hint of customer service experience or knowledge. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SHODDY GOODS & REFUSED TO RETURN WITH RECIEPT!

They sent me a broken item so i Sent broken item back. Not received refund or a new working item. They are now ignoring me. This is a scamming company unfortunately! Save your money and go elsewhere
